William began his journey into the world of fashion by completing the full diploma course at the Vidal Sassoon Academy - Shanghai. Afterward he completed the Toni&Guy 12 week advanced training course before joining as a stylist. Returning to Vancouver, he joined Suki’s and completed their In-Depth cutting course.

With over 10 years of experience and a vision to create his own space, William opened fà salon in October 2020. He wanted to provide a comfortable and positive atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Where everyone has the space and tools to work together and grow as a team. In turn, clients would receive exceptional care. The design of the salon was another important aspect. All of the furnishings in the salon have been hand picked by William. His love of simple elegance attention to detail is reflected all throughout the space.

William made sure to put effort into everything he did. He took pride in his work and the connections he made. This gave him a drive to constantly improve in his work and life. Every day was an opportunity to build and advance. Not only did this apply to his work, but also the people in his life. He believed strongly in encouraging people to reach their goals and support them where he can.
